These terms apply when you use the Yumi & Co. online store or purchase products from us.
Products and information
We aim to describe and display products accurately. Minor differences in colour, packaging or appearance may occur.
Orders
Submitting an order does not require us to accept it where we cannot lawfully or reasonably fulfil it, including where there is an obvious pricing error, product unavailability, suspected fraud or a delivery restriction. If we cancel an order after payment, we will provide an appropriate refund.
Personal use and safety
Follow product instructions and supervise pets where appropriate. Stop using an item if it is damaged or becomes unsuitable for your pet.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies consumer guarantees or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
